PE Healthcare Watch is a public-interest research and transparency website. It presents sourced information about healthcare ownership and does not provide medical, legal, investment, or healthcare advice. Do not submit patient records, protected health information, or other confidential information.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. Vercel may process page paths, referring websites, approximate geographic location, device type, operating system, browser, and timestamps. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and provides anonymous, aggregated statistics rather than identifying individual visitors.
Searches and map activity
Searches, filters, map movement, and selections are used in your browser to operate the interface. We do not intentionally associate those interactions with your name, email address, or medical history.
Sourced leads and corrections
If you voluntarily submit a source or correction, we may collect the entity name, public source URL, your note, and an optional contact email. When the moderation queue is enabled, this information is sent to a private Supabase database for review. It is used to verify, correct, or expand the public research and to follow up when needed. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Submitted material may be shared with service providers that host or operate the site, or disclosed when reasonably required by law, security, or abuse prevention. We retain submitted material only as long as reasonably needed for research review, documentation, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Public sources and external links
The site links to public records, news reports, and third-party websites. Those services control their own privacy practices. Publicly sourced information may be corrected when reliable documentation supports a change.
Children and policy changes
This research site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from them. We may update this policy as the project changes; the date above identifies the current version. This policy is a general disclosure and is not legal advice.
